We are a direct manufacturer based in Qingdao, China, with years of experience in building custom food trailers and mobile kitchens. We handle both customization and international sales directly.

2. Where is your factory located? Can I visit?

Our production facility is located in Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China.
Clients are welcome to visit the factory. We can also arrange airport pickup from Qingdao Liuting International Airport.

4. Do your food trailers meet US and international standards?

Yes. Our trailers are built following international standards such as DOT, CE, and ISO.
We are familiar with US and EU food safety requirements and customize units to meet local inspection and licensing standards.

5. Why are your trailers cheaper than locally sourced ones?

We are a direct manufacturer of our trailers. We source equipment directly from manufacturers, which allows us to reduce intermediary costs.

This gives us an advantage to provide high-quality, internationally compliant trailers at more affordable prices compared to locally sourced options.

In many cases, units in overseas markets go through multiple resellers or minor modifications before reaching the final buyer. By working with us directly, you avoid those added costs while receiving the same core build quality straight from the source.

6. How do you ensure quality? Is there a warranty?

All units go through strict quality control before delivery.
We provide a 12-month warranty, including support for repairs or replacements if needed.

7. What is the customization process?

8. Will customization affect price and timeline?

Yes. The final cost and timeline depend on the complexity of your customization (equipment, layout, branding, etc.).
All details are confirmed before we begin.

9. What is the customization and delivery time?

* Customization: typically 2–10 days
* Delivery:
* Air shipping: 3–5 days
* Sea shipping: 15–30 days

Timelines may vary depending on destination and order details. Typically, smaller and lighter units are shipped by air freight.

10. Do you offer door-to-door delivery?

Yes. We provide door-to-door delivery (DDP) including customs clearance and taxes for most countries.
We also offer CIF shipping if preferred.

11. What shipping options are available for international clients?

For clients outside China, we offer flexible delivery options:

* Direct delivery to your address (door-to-door)
* Delivery to our overseas storage facility for pickup

This allows you to choose the option that best fits your timeline and convenience.

12. Can we visit your storage locations to place an order?

Our overseas storage facilities are used strictly for dispatch and order pickup only.

* Access is by appointment only
* Order pickup is available after an order has been placed
* These locations are not public showrooms

All customization and production are completed at our Qingdao Production Center. Storage facilities only handle finalized units ready for delivery or pickup.

13. What shipping methods are available?

* Air freight (fast delivery)
* Sea freight (cost-effective for larger units)

14. What’s the delivery cost?

Delivery cost depends on the total weight of the unit and the delivery destination.
It typically ranges from $500 – $1800.

Shipping is arranged based on your budget and timeline.

15. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

* Bank transfer
* PayPal
* Credit card

16. Do you offer financing?

We do not currently offer full financing options. However, we are expanding and plan to introduce this in the future.

At the moment, we offer flexible payment plans, typically:

* 50% before customization begins
* Remaining balance can be negotiated depending on the project

17. What are your payment terms?

Standard payment structure:

* 50% deposit to begin customization
* 50% after completion (with photos/videos) before delivery

(Custom plans may be arranged depending on the order.)

18. Can I pay after receiving the trailer?

No. Due to the custom nature of the units, full payment must be completed before delivery.

19. Can I return the trailer if I don’t like it?

No. All trailers are custom-built. Returns are only accepted in cases of confirmed defects or damage.

20. Do you provide installation or guidance?

Yes. We provide:

* Installation manuals
* Remote support
* Guidance for setup and operation
